The Chief Guest of 5th convocation will be Hon’able Shri Kalraj ji Mishra Governor of Rajasthan.
Candidates participating in 5th convocation are required to report at 08.30 AM. No entry will be allowed after 10.00 AM on 29-02-2020.

Dress code for the convocation is:
Male Candidates - White Shirt/Black – Grey Trousers
Female Candidates – White Salwar Suit with White Chuni
– White Saree with Maroon border.
All the participants are required to reach the Degree Registration Counter of the University by 10.00am Sharp.
Conference Proceedings shall commence from 1PM onwards

J&K students applying for the supplementary convocation to be held on 13th June, 2019 at SKICC, Srinagar, Kashmir are here by informed not to send hard copies of requisitions at university, now they can directly contact Mr. Sajaad Ahmad Mir on 8448198632 and deliver him personally.
The convocation fee may be deposited online in the university account, details are mentioned in previous notification issued, which is available on the university website. Those applicants who are not able to deposit online may prepare the Demand Drafts in the name of Mewar University payable at Chittorgarh and should handover the same to Mr. Sajaad Ahmad Mir. No demand draft should be sent anymore on University address now. Those students who have already sent the demand drafts are requested to produce the xerox copy of the same along with the dispatch receipt (if in case sent on university address) at the venue when they come for convocation.
All the participants are required to reach the venue [SKICC] by 9.00am Sharp.
Arrangement for working lunch in packets is made for all the students and parents from 1:30 pm onwards.
All the applicants should note that last date for applying is extended till 31st May, 2019.

Note- The Names of Students/Scholars who have awarded degrees at the earlier convocation are available on the website of Mewar University. The students/scholars who have completed there course and whose names are not shown in the above list, are advised to please come personally at the University with all original documents and deposit required fees so that there degrees may also be given and their names may be updated on the website.The last date of updation is 5th April 2019.
