As per Section 4(1) (b) of the RTI Act 2005. Information sought under the Act would be scrutinized and considered if the RTI application received by the University fulfills the criteria for the information sought and is in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the RTI Act 2005.
Mewar University, Gangrar Chittorgarh, Rajasthan established as per Rajasthan Govt., Mewar University Act -2009 "No. F.2(1) Vidhi/2/2009 in the persuasion of clause (3) of article 348 of the constitution of India. The University is recognized and approved under sections 2(f) and 12(b) of the UGC Act and empowered to confer a Degree/Diploma/ certification under 22(1) of the UGC Act 1956.
