The Faculty of Legal Studies, Mewar University, celebrated Constitution Day on November 26, 2025, with great enthusiasm and academic spirit. The event was successfully coordinated by the first-year law students, showcasing their organizational skills and dedication to constitutional values.

The programme commenced with warm and engaging anchoring by Mr. Bashrat Ashraf, who opened the event and set a dignified tone for the celebration. This was followed by insightful and thought-provoking speeches delivered by law students Ms. Palvi Jamwal, Mr. Ritik Kumar, and Mr. Aman Kumar Sah, each highlighting the importance of the Indian Constitution and its relevance in contemporary society. Adding a literary and patriotic flavour to the event, Mr. Amar Kumar and Ms. Kaneeza, both first-year law students, recited poems that reflected constitutional ideals and paid tribute to the spirit of democracy.

A major highlight of the celebration was the motivational address by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Mewar University, Prof. (Dr.) Alok Mishra. In his inspiring speech, he emphasized the role of youth in upholding constitutional values and encouraged students to become responsible citizens and future leaders in the field of law.

The event was further graced by the esteemed presence of Mr. Kapil Nahar, Deputy Dean, Faculty of Engineering, and Prof. (Dr.) Sadhana Mandloi, Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management, along with other respected faculty members of the Faculty of Legal Studies. Their participation added significance to the occasion and motivated the students.
