Mahatama Gandhi Jayanti & Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti
Mewar University has always been active in remembering and celebrating the Jayanti’s of personalities who have contributed in the freedom struggle and further shaping of the nation.
Dept of CSE this year celebrated Mahatama Gandhi Jayanti along with Lal Bahadur Jyanti on 1st of October 2018. The celebration started with lighting of the lamp and inaugural speech by Dean Academics Mewar University. Dean Academics in his valuable speech threw light on the life and contribution of these respected personalities. Later a video presentation by students on these personalities provided a glimpse in their freedom struggle and later shaping of the nation. Further students through heart melting skit made a connection with the audience. A patriotic song by student group was well received by the audience, with huge round of applause.
The Jaynti ended with vote of thanks given by HOD CSE She appreciated the effort put in by students in making this Jaynti a memorable one.
