Mewar University Organized a free Dental Check-Up Camp

On 1st March 2023, Bishnoi Dental Care organized a free dental check-up camp in memory of late social worker Shri Bhanwar Lal ji and Nandlal Lal ji Gadiya with courtesy of Shree Seva Sansthan, Nimbahera at Mewar University Hospital in Gangrar. The aim of this camp was to promote dental hygiene and provide basic dental care services to the local community.
 
The Bishnoi Dental Care team, led by Dr. R.R. Bishnoi, worked closely with the Mewar University Hospital administration to organize the camp. They arranged for dental chairs, instruments, and materials required for the camp. Additionally, the team advertised the event through social media, posters, and word of mouth to reach out to the local community.
 
The camp was inaugurated by the Honourable Dr. Harsh Vardhan, a Member of Parliament and former Cabinet Minister (Health and Family Welfare). Government of India. On this occasion, Honourable MP C.P. Joshi, District Collector Dr. Arvind Poswal, Chancellor of Mewar University Dr. Ashok Kumar Gadiya, Vice Chancellor Professor (Dr.) Alok Misra and other guests were present. The dental camp started at 9:00 am and continued until 3:00 pm. The team of dentists and dental assistants from Bishnoi Dental Care provided free dental check-ups, consultations, and basic treatments such as fillings and extractions to the patients. They also distributed free toothbrushes and toothpaste to promote dental hygiene among the patients.
 
The dental camp received an overwhelming response from the local community, and a large number of patients, including adults and children, visited the camp. The Bishnoi Dental Care team examined over 121 patients and provided basic dental treatments.
 
The dental camp organized by Bishnoi Dental Care in collaboration with Mewar University Hospital was a great success. It helped promote dental hygiene and provide basic dental care services to the local community. The team received appreciation from the patients and the hospital administration for their efforts in organizing the camp. Such camps are an essential part of promoting oral health and providing access to dental care services to those who cannot afford them.
