Ghaziabad: In a symposium organized on “Manobal – The Morale” at  Vasundhra campus of Mewar Group of   Institutions, Mr. D. Kaushal,  former commandant, BSF told the students that one cannot succeed in  life without setting a goal. He further added that strong will power is  required to achieve one’s goal in life. Mr. Kaushal gave examples of hard  and disciplined lives of the security forces. He said that the security  forces are made to complete difficult tasks in their training to enable them  to face difficult circumstances with strong will power. He suggested that  the youth should draw lessons from the lives of our security forces who  are always willing to fight in tough terrains and face any challenges that  confront them. This is possible only because they have strong will power.

Dr. Ashok Kumar Gadiya, Hon’ble Chairperson of Mewar Group of Institutions, also spoke on the occasion and referred to the progress the companies of South Korea made globally in the last 35 years. Dr. Gadiya added that South Koreans could achieve this stupendous success because of their disciplined approach to life and their strong will power. Dr. Gadiya observed that if the citizens of India show the same exemplary will power and commitment, our country can do wonders, as India has a much larger pool of human resource than South Korea. People need to awaken their inner selves and change their mindset. They need to set goals not only for themselves but also to serve their nation. Such a change can come only if the people themselves become the agent of the change they want to see in the society. Dr. Gadiya underscored that strong will power is the need of the hour for the youth of our nation.

Dr. Gadiya also presented a shawl and a memento on behalf of Mewar  Group of Institutions to Mr. Kaushal, the main speaker of the day. Among  those present on the occasion were Dr. Alka Agarwal, Director, Board of  Studies, MU, faculty members and the staff. Shri I M Pandey conducted  the proceedings of the event.
