On 1st April, 2015 Department of Computer Science/Computer Applications celebrates Mahaveer Jayanti on the behalf of Mewar University.
First of all celebration started with lamp lighting and Saraswati Vandana. After this “Navkar Mantra” spoke by the Aayush Jain. The function was followed by speech of Dr. R.K. Paliwal, Dean, Basic Sciences. He threw light on the life of Mahaveer Swami. He also explains the thoughts of Mahaveer Swami by using short stories.
A song sung by Mr. Rajesh student of computer application. Mr S K DAS also spoke on the Ahinsa that explained by Mahaveer Swami.
A student computer science Department Mr. Aayush Jain presented a poem by Muni Tarun Sagar Ji. A speech was given by Mr Kapil Nahar. At last the prize distribution was held for students participating in the celebration of “Republic Day” on 26 Jan, 2015 at “Indira Gandhi Stadium, Chittorgarh”.
The function ended with the vote of thanks by Mr. H. Widhani, OSD, Mewar University.
