A Two Day National Conference was organized on “Green Techniques – a ray of hope in Environmental Protection”by Chemistry Department in Mewar University from July 11th, 2014 to July 12th, 2014.
The conference was held in Maharana Pratap Seminar Hall of Mewar University, Chittorgarh.
Day 1 :
First day of National Conference was started with Lamp Lightning and Saraswati Vandana. The Chief Guest of the Conference is Prof. K.R. Desai (Director, Uka Tarsadia University, Gujrat). The president of the conference is Prof. K.S. Gupta(Head Of Department, RU). Our Special Guest is Prof. S.C. Ameta (Chemistry, Pacific University).
The conference was carried out in Two Technical session. There were 13 paper presenter’s on the first day of conference and 26 poster presentations.
Day 2 :
Second Day of National Conference was chaired by Prof. S.C. Ameta, Prof. R.K. Desai, Prof. G.L. Talesara, Prof. V.K. Vaidya, Prof. Ashu Rani, Prof. K.S. Gupta, Prof. Richa srivastava.
The National Conference gave a platform to young Scientist and Researchers to reciprocate ideas on green chemistry. There were total 64 registered candidates who gave oral and poster presentation. The best 3 oral and poster presentation were selected by chair members .
Results :
First position for oral presentation secured by Ms. Anupriya Singh (Assistant Professor, Chemistry) and First position for poster presentation secured by Mr. Paras tak (Udaipur).
