“Leadership Summit 2013” was an event jointly organized by Mewar University, Gangrar and LNJ Group, Bhilwara to bring leaders from almost all spheres on a single platform. The theme of the summit was “taking charge of the change, Right time, Right now”. The idea of the summit to awaken the society and create future leaders who can be the change agents to bring about the much required transformation. The event organized on 20th July witnessed and celebrated the showcasing of leadership talents from different walks of life. The venue of the summit was Surya Mahal Hotel in Bhilwara. The summit began with an inaugural session which was addressed by Sh. Ashok Gadiya, Chairperson, Mewar University; Mr. Dinbandhu Choudhary, Chief Editor at Dainik Navjyoti and Mr Onkar Singh, Collector,Bhilwara. The august gathering departed for a tea break before the beginning of the technical session. The technical session comprised of five key note addresses by various dignitaries who were leaders from different walks of life. The keynote speakers included:

3. Sh. KULDEEP ARORA, DIRECTOR EARTH MICROFINANCE
4. Sh.. NAGESH CHAVAN, ENTREPRENEUR AND SOCIAL ACTIVIST
5. Sh. ASHOK GADYIA , Chairperson of Mewar University
The technical session was followed by a question answer session where the audiences got to ask their queries directly to the keynote speakers. All the audience queries were answered patiently and in detail by the key note speakers. All the speakers stressed upon awakening the society to produce leaders who shall be the change agents of tomorrow. The speakers also emphasized the role of social media as a catalyst to bring about the change. Shri. Jatinder Singh, Secretary PHD Chamber of commerce and Moderator of the event summarized and concluded the summit.
