CONDUCT RULES:

• Students are required to be in proper uniform in the University and should strictly follow dress code.

• Each student must ensure 75% of attendance in the classes and practical in labs. Attendance is also compulsory in session, preliminary exams and the functions organized by the University.

• Proper discipline and decorum should be maintained in the University premises. Students are not allowed to sit in the corridors and staircases. Silence should be maintained in classrooms, corridors and library.

• The University will take action as per its code for conduct of the examination, mark sheets, late fee, rejection of forms, papers coming out of syllabus, etc. either on its own or on the basis of representation made by the teachers and students concerned.

• Strict action will be taken against the students for any kind of misconduct with any of the staff and faculty members.

• Outsiders are not allowed with the students in the University premises.

• Damage to the University’s property is punishable offence. Such acts may invite serious disciplinary action, fines and even expulsion.

• Students should not enter the faculty room without permission from the concerned teacher or HoD.

• Mobile phone is strictly prohibited in classrooms and the library.

• Tobacco products (like Cigarette, Pan Masala, Gutka, etc.) and all kinds of intoxicants are strictly prohibited in and around the premises of the University.

• Smoking in University uniform is not allowed at any place.

• Candidate should refer to notice board and website of the University for all relevant information and the University is not bound to provide information to the candidates individually.

• The University is not responsible for any mis-happenings like accident etc.

• Each candidate must carry his/her identity card all the time to avoid any inconvenience in the University campus and outside as well.

• Anti social activities such as strike, dharna, quarreling, shouting etc. are not allowed inside and outside the campus. Strict action will be taken against students in the event of found guilty of anti-social activities indecent comments, harassment, eve-teasing of girl students, women faculty and staff members.

• Ragging is strictly prohibited in University campus (As per the directions issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court).

• In case of the rejection of admission by the University, student will not be entitled to claim any refund of the fee.

• The students must strictly follow the respective rules and regulation of library, laboratory, medical center and sports, gym and yoga sections etc.

• The students shall be bound by rules and regulations framed by the University from time to time.

• Each student is expected to take care of his/her belongings and is advised not to wear costly jewelry, watches, gold, silver, ornaments, etc.

The University reserves the rights to alter and add any of the above rules and regulations as and when necessary without any prior notice.
